Dentists in the diagnosis of temporomandibular joint disease, found that most patients with joint sound. The sound of the clicks, crackles and pops and other changes. Although these patients have varying degrees of painful symptoms, most patients only require the treatment of joint acoustics. However, the treatment of this part of the patients is treated differently by doctors. Because only joint sound, it can not be sure TMJDS. Therefore, in treating patients who have a special focus on joint sound without paying attention to other symptoms, the doctor should tell the patient the importance of joint acoustics in the disease after making the differential diagnosis. Epidemiological literature indicates that joint acoustics is prevalent in the population and occurs at rates above 50%. Gross et al. Indicated that individuals with articulation should be considered abnormal. However, if more than half of the people do have the sound of the festival, can people who think that the silent people are not normal? Can we think that the normal human joint acoustics is induced? Therefore, those interested in this issue have two perspectives on the importance of treating articulation. one
