目的检测温州地区学龄前儿童不同季节、日光暴露程度的血清25-(OH)D浓度,为合理补充维生素D提供依据。方法选择2015年冬春季(2—3月)和夏秋季(9—10月)在温州市人民医院、温州市妇幼保健院健康体检的学龄前儿童538人,检测血清25-(OH)D浓度。发放家长问卷,根据每天户外活动时间分为室内组、中间组、户外组。结果学龄前儿童冬春季及夏秋季维生素D充足率分别为49.08%和59.25%,不足及缺乏率分别为50.92%和40.75%。冬春季室内组、中间组、户外组的25-(OH)D浓度分别为(24.13±8.61)、(30.77±8.63)和(35.77±9.24)ng/m L,夏秋季室内组、中间组、户外组的25-(OH)D浓度分别为(25.55±8.11)、(36.56±8.56)和(40.15±7.69)ng/m L。相同季节各组间25-(OH)D浓度随着户外活动时间增加而升高(P<0.05)。冬春季和夏秋季3组间维生素D营养状况分布差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),维生素D营养状况以户外组最好,室内组最差。结论温州地区学龄前儿童维生素D缺乏较为普遍,尤以冬春季更为严重;建议通过充足的日晒时间,或适当补充维生素D制剂提升维生素D水平。
Objective To detect the concentration of 25- (OH) D in serum of preschool children in different seasons and daily exposure to sunlight in Wenzhou, so as to provide evidence for the rational vitamin D supplementation. Methods A total of 538 preschoolers in Wenzhou MCH and Wenzhou MCH were selected in the winter and spring (February-March) and summer-autumn months (September-October) in 2015. The serum 25- (OH) D concentrations . Released parents questionnaire, according to the daily outdoor activities time is divided into indoor group, middle group, outdoor group. Results The adequacy of vitamin D in preschool children in spring, summer and autumn was 49.08% and 59.25% respectively, the deficits and deficits were 50.92% and 40.75% respectively. In the same season, the concentration of 25- (OH) D increased with the time of outdoor activities increasing (P <0.05). There were significant differences in the distribution of vitamin D among winter, spring, summer and autumn (P <0.05). The nutrition status of vitamin D was the best in outdoor group and the worst in indoor group. Conclusion The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in pre-school children in Wenzhou is more common, especially in winter and spring. It is suggested that Vitamin D should be boosted by adequate sun exposure or vitamin D supplementation.
