为发掘甜瓜果实上重要性状的QTL、优异等位变异及其携带优异等位基因的载体材料。利用一般线性模型对192份甜瓜种质的果实表型和41个SSR标记基因型进行关联分析,通过无效等位基因统计相关位点等位变异的表型效应。结果获得显著关联位点12个,其等位变异中,HNM15-158、HNM26-260、HNM45-210和HNM24-143分别是果实单重、可溶性固形物、果实纵径和果实肉厚的增效效应最大的等位基因,对应典型载体材料分别为PI-143215(1)、PI-136192、PI-313970和PI-145594。发掘甜瓜果实性状关联位点优异等位变异不仅可以为甜瓜分子标记辅助育种提供标记信息,还可以促进后续功能基因研究的发展。
In order to explore the important traits of melon fruit QTL, excellent allelic variation and carrying the best alleles carrier material. A general linear model was used to analyze the fruit phenotypes of 192 melon germplasms and 41 SSR marker genotypes. The phenotypic effects of allelic variation at related sites were calculated by using the null alleles. The results showed that there were 12 significant linkage sites. Among the allelic variations, HNM15-158, HNM26-260, HNM45-210 and HNM24-143 were the synergistic effects of fruit weight, soluble solids, fruit length and flesh thickness The most effec- tive alleles were PI-143215 (1), PI-136192, PI-313970 and PI-145594, respectively, corresponding to typical support material. Excavating excellent allelic variations of the association sites of melon fruit traits not only provided marker information for molecular marker-assisted breeding of melon, but also promoted the development of subsequent functional gene research.
