气垫导轨在长时期使用后,往往都是在长度方向出现微量变形,其变形的方向如图1所示。由于实验要求导轨在水平与垂直方向的偏差全长仅允许中间微凸0.05mm,若超过该允许差值就无法进行正常实验。笔者根据机械加工原理,利用简单工具及国外最新的挤压研磨加工工艺,对有微量变形的气垫下导轨进行修复,能使之恢复正常实验。
After long-term use, the air-cushion guide rails tend to be slightly deformed in the longitudinal direction, and their deformation directions are shown in Figure 1. Due to the experimental requirements of the guide rail in the horizontal and vertical deviations of the entire length of only allow the middle of the micro convex 0.05mm, beyond the allowable difference can not be normal experiments. According to the principle of mechanical processing, the author uses simple tools and the latest foreign extrusion grinding process to repair the under-cushioned air guide rail with a small amount of deformation, which can restore normal experiment.
