为分析新拌混凝土骨料因素对其流变性能的量化影响程度,从优化骨料配置角度量化调控拌合物的流变性,首先根据压缩堆积模型(CPM)给出了一套适合改良骨料级配的易行方案,其次应用骨料包裹层厚度理论以反映砂石料形状特征和体积分数对新拌混凝土流变性能的影响,最终确定骨料包裹层厚度与流变参数间的量化关系。试验结果表明,推荐的骨料级配优化及骨料掺量调节方法能有效改善和调控新拌混凝土流变工作性,且不会降低待配制混凝土基本力学性能。
In order to analyze the influence of fresh aggregate aggregate on its rheological properties quantitatively, the rheological properties of the mixture were quantified and controlled from the viewpoint of optimized aggregate configuration. At first, a set of suitable aggregates Then the application of aggregate thickness theory to reflect the influence of aggregate shape and volume fraction on the rheological properties of fresh concrete, and finally determine the quantitative relationship between aggregate thickness and rheological parameters. The test results show that the recommended aggregate gradation optimization and aggregate content adjustment methods can effectively improve and control the rheological workability of fresh concrete without reducing the basic mechanical properties of the concrete to be formulated.
