同其它放射诊断设施一样,已开始在乳腺X线照相术的领域内,借助物理技术参数使照片质量标准化。并有规律地定期检测。乳腺X线照相术的质量检查分为三类:1.验收检测;2.现状检测;3.稳定性检测。验收检测应在乳腺X线照相装置安装或大修后施行。验收检测的间隔期限按1988年1月生效的放射法规第一段的要求执行。由于验收检测必须具备熟悉仪器每一部件的技术结构和功能的知识,因此只有在制造厂家的合作下才能进行。与之相反,稳定性检测则较简便,是测定与照片质量和射线曝光有关的重要参数。放射法规要求稳定性检测必须“在有规律的周期内进行,最少为一月一次”(16条第2款)。
