2017年5月5日,C919大飞机在上海浦东国际机场首飞成功,57岁的总设计师吴光辉也吸引了所有人的注意。这位获得过国家科技进步特等奖、国防科技成果一等奖、全军科技成果一等奖等众多荣誉,站在飞机设计研究前沿、为中国航空事业立下汗马功劳的中国商用飞机有限责任公司(以下简称中国商飞)副总经理,却谦虚地说:“国家需要我们,我只是做了自己应该做的事情。”
