铺筑路面的目的主要是为车辆行驶服务的。因此从使用要求的角度出发,首先要求路面结构具有足够的强度和适宜的刚度;二是具有良好的行车性能;三是保持路面良好行车性能状态的耐久性。十多年来,随着公路运输事业的发展,世界上许多国家的道路工作者对反映上述三项基本要求的试验和量测技术作了大量的研究。为此本文就日本沥青路面行车性能评价的主要指标——平整度、裂缝和车辙的试验方法研究情况,分别作一概要的介绍。
