探讨有氧运动对黎族大学生血红蛋白含量的影响。分别对黎族男、女各20名大学生进行12周长跑训练,分别在训练前及运动后即刻和恢复1周抽取静脉血,检测血红蛋白含量。结果是黎、汉族大学生血红蛋白含量无显著差异性;血红蛋白浓度下降,以后又逐渐升高,直到第12周时仍低于正常值,但在停训1周出现超量恢复。结论是有氧运动直接影响着血红蛋白的浓度,是评价有氧运动常用的生理指标。
Effects of Aerobic Exercises on Hemoglobin in Students of Li Nationality. The 20 males and 20 females of Li ethnic group were trained for 12 weeks long, respectively, venous blood samples were collected before training, immediately after exercise and 1 week after recovery, and the hemoglobin content was measured. The result was that there was no significant difference in the hemoglobin content between Leisu and Han nationality students. The hemoglobin concentration decreased and then gradually increased until it was lower than the normal value at the twelfth week. However, it recovered excessively in the first week of training. The conclusion is that aerobic exercise directly affects the concentration of hemoglobin, which is a common physiological indicator for evaluating aerobic exercise.
