现场管理实际上是我们企业生产经营活动的基础。同时,它也是企业整体管理工作中最重要的组成部分。换言之,施工企业若想在日趋白热化的市场竞争中获得应得份额,就必须优化现场管理。随着我国经济体制改革的深化和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,也出现了诸多的矛盾和问题。所以,建立良好的质量监督体系式关系着建筑施工企业发展的命脉,做好现场施工管理是基建工作中的重中之重。文章分析探讨了加强基建工程现场施工管理的几个环节。
On-site management is actually the basis of our business activities. At the same time, it is also the most important part of the overall corporate management. In other words, if construction companies want to gain a share in the increasingly intense market competition, they must optimize on-site management. With the deepening of China’s economic structural reform and the gradual establishment of a socialist market economic system, many contradictions and problems have also emerged. Therefore, the establishment of a good quality supervision system is related to the lifeblood of the development of construction companies, and doing a good job in site construction management is the top priority in infrastructure construction. The article analyzes and discusses several steps to strengthen the on-site construction management of infrastructure projects.
