由N,N-二甲氨甲基二茂铁(I)单锂化后与三甲基氯硅烷(Me3SiCl)反应,合成了2-(三甲硅基)二甲氨甲基二茂铁(Ⅱ);Ⅱ再单锂化后与Me3SiCl反应得到了2,5-二(三甲硅基)二甲氨甲基二茂铁(Ⅲ);单锂化的I与Me2SiCl2反应得到了双-[2-(二甲氨甲基)二茂铁基」二甲基硅烷(N);双锂化I与二倍量的Me3SiCl反应得到2,1’-二(三甲硅基)二甲氨甲基二茂铁(V).由碘化[2-(三丁基锡)三甲铵甲基二茂铁]分别与醇盐、酚盐、胺、邻苯二甲酰亚胺等亲核试剂反应,得到10个2-(三丁基锡)二茂铁衍生物.化合物经元素分析、1HNMR、IR和质谱表征.
After the reaction of trimethylsilyl chloride (Me3SiCl) with mono-lithiated N, N-dimethylaminomethylferrocene (I), 2- (trimethylsilyl) dimethylaminomethylferrocene ); II re-monolithic reaction with Me3SiCl 2,5-bis (trimethylsilyl) dimethylaminomethylferrocene (Ⅲ); monolithic reaction of I with Me2SiCl2 bis - [2- (Dimethylaminomethyl) ferrocenyl "dimethylsilane (N); reaction of the bis-lithiated I with twice the amount of Me3SiCl gives 2,1’-bis (trimethylsilyl) dimethylaminomethylpoly Iron (V). By the [2- (tributyltin) trimethyl ammonium methyl ferrocene] with alkoxide, phenate, amine, phthalimide and other nucleophiles react to give 10 2- (tributyltin) Ferrocene derivatives. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, 1HNMR, IR and mass spectra.
