目的探讨储血设备简单易行的消毒方法。方法对储血设备采用84消毒液、75%乙醇、戊二醛消毒液擦拭等3种方法清洁消毒并采样监测消毒效果。结果用有效氯500 mg/L 84消毒液擦拭消毒生物学监测合格率为100%,杂菌阳性率25%;75%乙醇擦拭消毒生物学监测合格率为100%,杂菌阳性率为70%;20 g/L戊二醛消毒液擦拭消毒生物学监测合格率为99%,杂菌阳性率为21%。结论 3种消毒方法对储血设备均能达到消毒效果,但84消毒液对金属有腐蚀性,易致储血设备内置金属框架生锈;75%乙醇易挥发,擦拭浓度和时间难于保证杀灭杂菌;戊二醛灭菌效果最好,简单易行,无需配置,值得在血站推广应用。
Objective To investigate the simple and convenient disinfection method of blood storage equipment. Methods The blood storage equipment was disinfected by three methods: 84 disinfectant, 75% ethanol and glutaraldehyde disinfectant solution, and the samples were taken to monitor the disinfection effect. Results The qualified rate of biomonitoring was 100% and the positive rate of other bacteria was 25%. The qualified rate of biomonitoring by 75% ethanol wiping was 100%, the positive rate of other bacteria was 70% ; 20g / L glutaraldehyde disinfectant wipe disinfection biology monitoring pass rate was 99%, the positive rate of miscellaneous bacteria was 21%. Conclusion The three kinds of disinfection methods can achieve the disinfection effect on blood storage equipment, but the 84 disinfectant is corrosive to the metal, which easily causes the metal frame inside the blood storage equipment to rust; 75% ethanol is easy to evaporate, Bacteria; glutaraldehyde sterilization the best, simple, without configuration, it is worth promoting application in the blood.
