重离子辐射玉米种子的细胞学观察

利用中国原子能科学研究院HI-13串列加速器产生的12C重离子和7Li重离子束辐照玉米自交系478干种子,研究其细胞学效应.结果表明:重离子7Li和12C辐照玉米种子,引起根尖细胞染色体结构变异.主要出现微核、染色体桥、断片和落后染色体等变异细胞,以诱发微核为主.随着离子辐照剂量的增加,染色体畸变细胞率呈增加的趋势. The cytological effects of 478 seeds of maize inbred line were studied by using 12C heavy ion and 7Li heavy ion beam produced by HI-13 tandem accelerator at China Institute of Atomic Energy. The results showed that heavy ion 7Li and 12C irradiated corn seeds , Resulting in the change of chromosome structure of root tip cells.The main micronuclei, chromosome bridges, fragments and lagging chromosomes were observed in order to induce micronuclei.With the increase of ionizing radiation dose, the rate of chromosome aberration cells increased.
