1工资水平的概念我国多数经济文献把工资定义为:“一定时期内职工平均工资的高低程度”。但这一定义并不适应改革后中国的实际情况。原因是:(1)所有制多元化的情况下职工适用范围不够宽泛。(2)这一定义没有给出统计水平的领域(例如某企业、某地区)(3)这一定义没有指出工资水平是在作静态分析时的“时点”数值或是作动态分析时的时间序列数值(4)在统计学中,平均值不能反映出样本的整体状况、变动情况等。
1 The concept of wage level Most of the economic literature in our country defines wage as: “The level of the average wage of workers in a given period of time”. However, this definition does not meet the actual situation in China after the reform. The reason is: (1) In the case of diversified ownership, the scope of workers is not broad enough. (2) Areas where the definition is not given a statistical level (eg an enterprise or a region) (3) This definition does not indicate that the wage level is the “point in time” value for static analysis or is used for dynamic analysis (4) In statistics, the average value can not reflect the overall status of the sample, changes and so on.
