经光谱测量及构建可视化模型,该文表明红耳龟(Trachemys scripta)体色存在性二态,雌、雄体色的紫外光色调差异显著。体色光谱与身体质量的相关性分析表明,雄性前肢可见光色调与其质量显著相关,而雌性个体各测量部位体色光谱与身体质量均不存在相关性,提示红耳龟可能通过体色的紫外光色调差异来识别性别乃至个体差异。该研究结果有助于了解红耳龟的雌雄二态性和性选择行为。
Spectral measurements and the construction of visual models indicate that the body color of the red-eared turtle (Trachemys scripta) is two-state, and that of the female and male is significantly different. Correlation analysis between body color spectrum and body mass showed that the visible light color of male forelimb was significantly correlated with its quality, while there was no correlation between body color spectrum and body mass at each measurement site of female individuals, suggesting that red-ear turtle may pass through body color UV light Hue differences to identify gender and even individual differences. The results of this study will help to understand the sexuality and sex selection behavior of red-eared turtles.
