基于动态博弈模型,对联保贷款相互监督机制进行分析。研究发现:联保贷款虽然具有借款者相互监督的内在激励,但在借贷双方信息不对称情况下,借款者出于最大化自身的预期收益,存在选择高风险项目的内在激励,从而使联保贷款难于达到有效防范道德风险的目的。
Based on the dynamic game model, this paper analyzes the mutual supervision mechanism of UNPROFOR loans. The study found that although UNPROFOR loans have inherent incentives for mutual supervision of borrower, borrowers and borrowers in the information asymmetry case, the borrower in order to maximize their expected return, there is the inherent incentive to choose high-risk projects, so that UNPROFOR Loans are difficult to achieve the purpose of effective prevention of moral hazard.
