某些抗肿瘤药物与电离辐射对肿瘤和正常组织可能有协同作用。化疗后在以前照射区出现严重皮炎称之为复活性皮炎。已有人报道此种皮炎可发生于使用各种抗肿瘤药物(特别是放线菌素D与阿霉素)之后。本文报道紫杉酚引起严重放射性皮炎1例。患者为41岁妇女,1990年6月因乳癌行右侧乳房切除,其后接受6疗程环磷酰胺、氨甲蝶呤与5-氟尿嘧啶化疗。1992年3月右胸壁及锁骨上淋巴结复发又行3疗程环磷酰胺、阿霉素与5-氟尿嘧啶化疗。1992年7月8日以大剂量环磷酰胺,塞替派治疗以及行自体骨
Certain anticancer drugs and ionizing radiation may have synergistic effects on tumors and normal tissues. The appearance of severe dermatitis in the previous irradiation area after chemotherapy is called a compound active dermatitis. It has been reported that this dermatitis can occur after the use of various anti-tumor drugs (especially actinomycin D and adriamycin). This article reported that paclitaxel caused severe radiation dermatitis in 1 case. The patient was a 41-year-old woman who had undergone right mastectomy for breast cancer in June 1990 and subsequently received 6 courses of chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, and 5-fluorouracil. In March 1992, 3 cycles of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and 5-fluorouracil chemotherapy were performed on the recurrence of the right chest wall and supraclavicular lymph nodes. On July 8, 1992, cyclophosphamide, thiotepa, and autologous bone were used in large doses.
