目的应用同伴教育方式对血液净化中心护士抑郁状态进行心理干预,并探讨其可行性及干预效果。方法纳入73名血液净化中心护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为干预组36人和对照组37人。干预组实施同伴教育,对照组接受心理知识授课;采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评估两组抑郁状态,比较干预前后两组抑郁程度。结果干预前,干预组和对照组HAMD-17评分分别为(8.27±5.17)和(8.10±5.86)分,调查对象中无抑郁、轻度、中度及重度抑郁分别占49.32%、41.09%、6.85%和2.74%,两组HAMD-17评分和抑郁程度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组HAMD-17评分和抑郁程度均较干预前降低(P<0.05),而对照组与干预前差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血液净化中心护士抑郁状态发生率较高,同伴教育可有效改善其抑郁状态。
Objective To apply the companion education method to make psychological intervention on the depressive state of nurses in blood purification center and to explore its feasibility and effect of intervention. Methods A total of 73 nurses from the Center for Blood Purification were enrolled in this study. They were divided into intervention group (n = 36) and control group (n = 37) by random number table. The intervention group conducted peer education and the control group received psychological knowledge. The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) was used to evaluate the depression status in both groups. The levels of depression were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Before intervention, the scores of HAMD-17 in intervention group and control group were (8.27 ± 5.17) and (8.10 ± 5.86) points, respectively. There were no depression, mild, moderate and severe depression accounted for 49.32%, 41.09% 6.85% and 2.74%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in HAMD-17 score and depression (P> 0.05). After intervention, HAMD-17 score and depression in the intervention group were lower than before intervention (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the control group and before intervention (P> 0.05). Conclusion The incidence of depression in nurses in blood purification center is higher, and companion education can effectively improve the depression status.
