采用水培实验,以PEG进行水分胁迫(-0.5MPa),测定了有磷和缺磷情况下玉米苗期叶片中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素及原叶绿素酸酯随不同胁迫周期的变化。结果表明,水分胁迫时磷能使叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素降解减慢,表现为Chla/b值增大及Chlt/Caro值随胁迫周期延长而呈V.型曲线变化。干旱缺磷能造成原叶绿素酸酯相对积累,是导致Chla下降的重要因素。水分胁迫下叶绿素a,b和Caro及Pchl含量均呈下降趋势,而交替变换水处理能减缓光合色素的分解
Hydroponic experiments were conducted to study the changes of chlorophyll, carotenoid and protocatechuic acid in leaves under different phosphorus and phosphorus deficiencies with PEG under water stress (-0.5MPa).
