目的了解广州市市售水产品中海洋生物毒素暴露的基础数据,评估广州市市售海产品污染的危险性。方法对广州市市售60份海产品中海洋生物毒素进行检测,并结合《中国居民营养与健康状况调查报告-营养与健康状况数据集(2002)》中的广州市居民膳食摄入量调查,应用WHO推荐的食品中化学污染物膳食暴露评估方法,对广州市居民膳食中海洋生物毒素水平进行评估。结果 21批次样品中检出含有脂溶性海洋生物毒素,检出率为35%,主要的污染项目是OA(大田软海绵酸)、PTX2(扇海洋毒素2)、GYM和SPX1(亚环胺组毒素)。广州市售水产品中水溶性贝类毒素未检出,脂溶性贝类毒素含量水平低,检出率较高。结论广州市居民膳食中海洋生物毒素急性膳食暴露量水平较低,海洋生物毒素对水产品安全没有影响。
Objective To understand the basic data of exposure to marine biotoxins in commercially available aquatic products in Guangzhou and to assess the risk of contamination of commercially available marine products in Guangzhou. Methods The marine biotoxins in 60 seafood samples were tested in Guangzhou. Based on the survey of dietary intakes of Guangzhou residents in the “Survey on Nutrition and Health Status of Chinese People - Nutrition and Health Data (2002)”, The method of dietary exposure to chemical pollutants recommended by the WHO was used to evaluate the marine biotoxins in the diet of Guangzhou residents. Results The detection rate of liposoluble marine biotoxins in 21 batches of samples was 35%. The major pollutants were OA (matrine), PTX2 (octogenin 2), GYM and SPX1 Group toxins). Water-soluble shellfish toxins in Guangzhou’s aquatic products were not detected, the level of fat-soluble shellfish toxins was low, and the detection rate was high. Conclusions The level of acute dietary exposure to marine biotoxins in Guangzhou residents is low, and marine biotoxins have no effect on the safety of aquatic products.
