冀东油田高尚堡深层区块酸化增注存在储层埋藏深、温度高、层间层内非均质性严重、酸化反应矿物含量高等问题。在室内试验研究的基础上,现场采用了酸前儿井,注入有机解堵剂解除有机堵塞、前置液溶解碳酸盐胶结物,主体酸采用耐高温低伤害缓速酸液体系,不返排残酸并及时注水等工艺措施对2口井进行了酸化处理,使用砂岩酸化实时监测系统实时监测施工质量。形成了酸前地层评估、耐高温低伤害缓速酸液体系、酸化工艺参数优化设计、酸化现场实时监测与评估、酸化施工及效果评估等酸化配套技术。不仅达到了注水井增注的目的,而且加深了对注水井目的层的物性、连通性、分层吸水能力、储层污染程度等的认识,取得了显著的效果。

This not only achieved the purpose of injecting water injection wells, but also deepened the understanding of physical properties, connectivity, stratified water absorption capacity and reservoir pollution degree of water injection well, and achieved remarkable results.
