飞机液压系统橡胶密封圈必须保证在很宽的温度范围内具有良好的密封性和耐久性。密封圈在使用过程不仅要遇到高温条件,而且要遇到高空低温(-55~-60℃)和地面冬季低温(-20~-40℃)。实践证明,在低温-20~-60℃最容易发生漏油的情况。因此,怎样制订用于液压系统密封的橡胶材料标准的耐寒性指标是值得探讨的。现就英、美、法、苏和我国飞机液压系统橡胶耐寒性指标情况扼要地介绍如下。
