本文分析了我国综采工作面矿压显现和实测阻力特征,指出了液压自移支架轻型化在我国的必要性和可能性。文章根据临界阻力的实测计算结果,提出了适合我国特点的自移支架系列和应重点发展的架型。根据对自移支架的实验受力分析,文章指出了自移支架轻型化的主要途径。除根据地质技术条件合理选择架型和参数,发展我国的轻型支架系列外,还应从以下几方面进行研究:(1)适当缩短顶梁长度;(2)增大顶梁——顶板摩擦系数或约束力;(3)增大立柱倾斜度使之接近垂直;(4)合理选择连杆结构参数,增大后连杆与前连杆斜率的比值;(5)将前(后)连杆改为可缩性液压千斤顶结构等,总的方向是实行结构参数优化,改善支架构件受力。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of mine pressure and measured resistance in fully mechanized coal mining face in China and points out the necessity and possibility of light-weight hydraulic self-supporting bracket in our country. Based on the measured results of the critical resistance, the article puts forward a series of self-moving stents that suit the characteristics of our country and the frame that should be emphatically developed. According to the experimental stress analysis of the self-moving stent, the article points out the main ways of light-weight stent. In addition to rational selection of frame and parameters according to geological and technological conditions, the development of China’s light stent series, but also from the following aspects: (1) appropriate to shorten the length of the roof beam; (2) increase the roof beam - roof friction coefficient or Binding; (3) increasing the column tilt so that it is close to vertical; (4) a reasonable choice of connecting rod structure parameters, increasing the ratio of the rear link and the front link slope; (5) For the retractable hydraulic jack structure, the general direction is the implementation of structural parameters optimization, to improve the support member force.
