让“法”得到人们认知,不是出于畏惧,而是出于信服;让“法”得以实施,不是出于威严,而是出于公平。曾经的军旅生涯造就了他吃苦耐劳、甘于奉献的品质,在基层司法行政工作岗位上,18000多个日夜辛勤耕耘,不倦不怠。曾经的律师、公证工作经历,练就了他深厚的法律知识功底,他常说:“让‘法’得到人们认知,不是出于畏惧,而是出于信服;让‘法’得以实施,不是出于威严,而是出于公平。”
