为了改进离心式涡轮机械的设计和提高其性能,对它的主要部件——扩压器作了基本的研究。为了简化流动情况,拟定采用等高度单个槽道。首先,对代表离心式流动基本形式的对数流线槽道的流动情况作了理论的和试验的分析。其次,对从对数螺线槽道推得的较高扩张度扩压器弄清楚了扩张率的效果,且发现了形状和气动因子的影响。讨论到的还有非设计进口条件和它们对扩压器特性的影响。
In order to improve the design of centrifugal turbomachinery and improve its performance, a basic research on its main part, the diffuser, has been made. In order to simplify the flow, a single channel of equal height is proposed. First, a theoretical and experimental analysis of the flow of logarithmic streamlines representing the basic form of centrifugal flow is made. Second, the effect of the expansion rate was clarified on the higher dilatometric diffuser derived from logarithmic spiral channels and the effect of shape and aerodynamic factors was found. Discussed also include non-design import conditions and their impact on diffuser characteristics.
