大学音乐教师应在“文化自觉”观的指引下,既要从中国音乐文化发展现实责任的需要出发,又要从传统音乐文化的“有效传承”、个人文化体系的健全以及大学教师之间所应该形成的和谐合作、团结进取的现代大学风貌的要求着眼,努力加强自身的传统音乐文化修养。在此基础上将我国的大学音乐教育扎根于本国水土,构筑有真正生命力的中国音乐院校,展现中国传统音乐文化的魅力。
Under the guidance of the concept of “Cultural Consciousness, ” university music teachers should not only start from the need of developing the real responsibility of music culture in China, but also from the “effective inheritance” of traditional music culture, the perfection of personal culture system, Teachers should be formed between the harmonious cooperation, unity and progress of the modern university style requirements focus, and strive to strengthen their own traditional music culture. On this basis, our college music education will be rooted in the soil and water of our country and build a truly viable Chinese music academy to demonstrate the charm of traditional Chinese music and culture.
