目的:测定二十五味珊瑚丸中微量元素Fe、Zn的含量,为其质量控制提供参考。方法:参照《中国药典》(2015)三部通则0406原子吸收分光光度法,建立二十五味珊瑚丸中Fe、Zn的含量测定方法。结果:原子吸收光谱法测定二十五味珊瑚丸中Fe、Zn的含量,Fe、Zn回归方程分别为y=0.0970x+0.0061(r=0.99938),y=0.1167x-0.0050(r=0.99900),线性关系良好;检出限分别为Fe(0.009278 mg/L),Zn(0.05656 mg/L);Fe、Zn元素的加样回收率及RSD分别为84.50%,0.74%;106.17%,1.13%;5个厂家生产的二十五味珊瑚丸中微量元素Fe、Zn的含量都比较高。结论:二十五味珊瑚丸中相对较高的Fe、Zn含量,可能为其发挥疗效起到重要作用。
Objective: To determine the contents of trace elements Fe and Zn in Twenty-five coral pills, and provide references for its quality control. Methods: According to “China Pharmacopoeia” (2015) Three General Rules 0406 Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry, the method of determination of Fe and Zn in Twenty-five Coral Pills was established. Results: The contents of Fe and Zn in Coral Pills were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The regression equations of Fe and Zn were y = 0.0970x + 0.0061 (r = 0.99938), y = 0.1167x-0.0050 (r = 0.99900) , The detection limit was Fe (0.009278 mg / L) and Zn (0.05656 mg / L) respectively. The recoveries and RSDs of Fe and Zn were 84.50%, 0.74%, 106.17% and 1.13% The contents of trace elements Fe and Zn in Twenty-five Coral Pills produced by 5 factories are relatively high. Conclusion: The relatively high contents of Fe and Zn in Twenty-five coral pills may play an important role in its curative effect.
