依靠间隙密封的柱塞和滑阀在运动中会产生液压卡死现象,原因之一是由于制造时的几何形状误差会引起液压径向不平衡力,造成液压卡死。柱塞或滑阀当带有很小的锥度时,如果液压力从柱塞大端推动柱塞运动,由于柱塞的自重、液压力或外力作用使柱塞对缸孔中心产生偏心,从间隙间泄漏的压力油对柱塞就作用一个不平衡的液压径向力,此力和引起偏心的力方向一致,其趋势要把柱塞推到缸孔壁上,因此产生液压卡死。这种现象叫做液压锁紧
