语言能力是语言学基本的问题,关于它的实质及形成、发展途径的探讨由来已久,但至今尚未得到统一的认识;交际能力的提出,则显出了语言的现实意义,引起语言界及教育界的极大关注。本文从实践的角度重新审视语言能力和交际能力,并试图找出两者的结合点。一对语言能力的基本理解关于语言能力的种种见解,如果撇开各种具体提法,就其基本观点而言,大致有经验论、先验论和相互作用论三种。
Language ability is the basic problem of linguistics. The discussion of its essence, formation and development a long time ago has not yet got a unified understanding so far. The presentation of communicative competence shows the practical significance of language, The great attention of the education sector. This article reexamines the language ability and the communicative ability from the angle of practice, and attempts to find out the combination of the two.
