用碳二亚胺(DCC)法合成新的亲水性N,N-二(2-羟乙基)丙烯酰胺单体并接枝于SPEU膜上。接枝反应分两步进行,首先将SPEU膜用过氧化氢在紫外光照射下进行光氧化,在膜的表面引入过氧化氢基团,然后在还原剂亚铁盐存在下引发单体接枝聚合。实验结果表明:用新法合成的单体N,N-二(2羟乙基)丙烯酰胺可顺利地接枝于SPEU膜上。研究了接枝反应中使用的单体浓度,光照时间,亚铁盐浓度对接枝反应的影响。膜经接枝后,亲水性有明显提高,接触角下降,用扫描电镜观察到接枝前的基膜很平滑,而接枝后的膜表面呈明显的有凸起的接枝图象。
A novel hydrophilic N, N-bis (2-hydroxyethyl) acrylamide monomer was synthesized by carbodiimide (DCC) method and grafted onto SPEU membrane. The grafting reaction is carried out in two steps. First, the SPEU membrane is photooxidized with hydrogen peroxide under ultraviolet light to introduce hydrogen peroxide groups on the surface of the membrane, and then the monomer grafting is initiated in the presence of the reductant ferrous salt polymerization. The experimental results show that the monomeric N, N-bis (2-hydroxyethyl) acrylamide synthesized by the new method can be successfully grafted onto the SPEU membrane. The effects of monomer concentration, irradiation time and ferrous salt concentration on the grafting reaction were studied. After grafting, the hydrophilicity of the film was obviously improved and the contact angle decreased. The base film before grafting was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The grafted image on the grafted film was obviously convex.
