我们制做了一种可调式卡板研磨器。工作时把经工具磨床磨好的卡板夹在台虎钳上,用可调式研磨器如同研磨外径千分尺的测量面一样。此方法简便、易行,研磨出来的卡板平行度、平面度及表面粗糙度均可达到要求,且能提高工效。用普通的铸铁车两个直径大约是卡板测量面1.5倍的研磨器(长度根据卡板开档大小而定)。把两块研磨器用螺丝旋紧在一起,然后用平面磨床磨测量面,使平行度达到一定要求,最后用手工大致研磨一下就可以使用了。
We made an adjustable pallet grinder. When working, the tool grinder grind pallets are clamped on the bench vise, and the adjustable grinder is the same as the grinding surface measuring micrometer. The method is simple and easy to operate. The parallelism, the flatness and the surface roughness of the pallets which are grinded can meet the requirements and the work efficiency can be improved. With ordinary cast iron car two diameter is about 1.5 times the pallets measuring surface grinder (length according to the card open file size). Tighten the two grinders together with a screw, and then grind the measuring surface with a flat grinder so that the degree of parallelism meets certain requirements. Finally, it can be roughly ground by hand.
