所谓人际关系,就是人与人之间的相互关系。也可理解为:它是人们在相互交往过程中形成的,可以直接观察和感受到的人与人之间的某种心理关系。人际关系是具体的、历史的.它是个体在一定社会生活环境、社会阅历、文化素养、情趣、志向、性格等诸因素的产物,随社会关系的发展而发展,变化而变化。在不同的社会经济关系下,人际关系的特点有所不同。原始公有制下的人际关系是原始的平等关系;私有制基础上的人际关系,或具有依附性、或具有宗法等级的意义、或者带有浓浓的铜臭味;而现代社会形态公有制基础上的人际关系则是崭新意义上的平等互助关系.
