在传统的数控加工专业的教学中,我们对学生所学的理论知识看得过于重要,但是却忽略了对实际操作能力的加强,学生在这样的学习环境下,动手能力就会很差,对学习就会失去原有的兴趣。面对这种情况,我们需要对我们的教学做出一些改革,让我们在教学中规避传统教学的弊端,运用最新的教学模式,在不断的探索中寻找最适合学生学习的方法,将我们的理论知识与实践知识结合起来,让我们的学生在掌握了一定的理论知识之后可以通过实践的操作更好地掌握此项技能。本文就在与传统的教学做对比的过程中,探讨出对数控加工专业与生产教学相结合的模式的一些方法。
In the traditional teaching of CNC machining, we are overly concerned with the theoretical knowledge of students, but we neglect to strengthen the practical ability. In this kind of learning environment, the students’ abilities will be very poor. Learning will lose the original interest. Faced with this situation, we need to make some changes in our teaching so that we can avoid the shortcomings of traditional teaching in teaching, use the latest teaching mode, in the continuous exploration to find the most suitable way for students to learn, our The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge enables our students to master this skill better through hands-on operations after acquiring a certain amount of theoretical knowledge. In this paper, compared with the traditional teaching process, to explore some of the methods of combining CNC machining and production teaching mode.
