本文研究了四物汤及其组成生药对小鼠服用戊巴比妥延长睡眠时间和隔离饲养诱导小鼠咬斗行为的影响。具体方法是:(1)将装于笼中的小鼠置于4℃条件下的振荡器中振荡,每天2次,每次40分钟,共4天振荡7次。最后一次振荡后10分钟后口服给药,1小时后腹腔注入45mg/kg戊巴比妥钠,测定小鼠自正向反射消失至恢复所经历的时间,以此作为睡眠时间。(2)隔离饲养诱导小鼠咬斗行为的测定:将每只小鼠各自放入小笼里隔离饲养6天和7天后。将两只小鼠置于笼中,测定其相互咬斗的时间,作为咬斗行为的指标。结果表明,四物汤剂量在1~5g/kg范
This study investigated the effects of Siwu Tang and its constituent crude drugs on the prolonged sleep time of mice treated with pentobarbital and seizure behaviors induced by isolation and feeding in mice. The specific methods are: (1) The caged mice are shaken in a vibrator at 4°C for 2 times, 40 minutes each time, for 4 days and 7 times shaking. Ten minutes after the last oscillation, oral administration was performed. After 1 hour, 45 mg/kg of sodium pentobarbital was injected into the abdomen to measure the time elapsed from the disappearance of the forward reflex to the recovery as the sleep time. (2) Determination of biting behavior induced by isolation and feeding: Each mouse was placed in a small cage and kept for 6 days and 7 days after isolation. Two mice were placed in a cage and their time for biting each other was measured as an index of biting behavior. The results showed that the dose of Siwu Tang was between 1 and 5 g/kg.
