目的 在光镜下观察急性低压缺氧时Wistar大鼠大脑顶叶皮质层组织神经细胞、胶质细胞、间质血管等的组织病理学改变。方法 将38只大白鼠随机分成5组,即对照组及模拟上升3000、5000、8000和10000m高度组,置低压舱内致急性缺氧。设定光镜下观察12项指标,采取半定量记数法及Ridit分析法进行统计处理。结果 实验组随高度增加,其组织学改变程度亦增加,尤以8000~10000m高度组为甚,3000~5000m高度显示不稳定,其它实验组各高度病理变化均较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 本实验光镜下观察的结果与本作者既往所观察的急性低压缺氧时大鼠大脑组织细胞酶定量分析及超微结构改变显示了一致性病理变化。
Objective To observe the histopathological changes of neurons, glial cells and interstitial blood vessels in parietal cortex of Wistar rats under light hypobaric hypoxia. Methods Thirty-eight rats were randomly divided into five groups, namely, the control group and the model group were raised 3000, 5000, 8000 and 10000m height groups. Acute hypoxia was induced in the low-pressure cabin. Under the light microscope, 12 indicators were observed, and the statistics were processed by semi-quantitative notation and Ridit analysis. Results The experimental group increased with the height, the degree of histological changes also increased, especially in the 8000 ~ 10000m height group is very high, 3000 ~ 5000m height showed instability, the other experimental groups of high pathological changes were significantly different from the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions The results of light microscopy in this experiment showed consistent pathological changes with the quantitative analysis of cytoplasmic enzymes and ultrastructural changes in rat brain during acute hypobaric hypoxia.
