Cardiac development is an exact, coordinated process of primitive cardiomyocyte differentiation, migration, and multicellular assembly. This change is accompanied by cell apoptosis and is regulated by a series of genes. If the gene loss of regulation, will lead to abnormal apoptosis, the result will lead to abnormal embryonic heart development, or even teratogenic. By studying the effects of gene expression on apoptosis, the relationship between apoptosis and embryonic heart development and the related mechanisms in embryonic heart development can be explored, which can provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical heart disease.
