山东航海实训中心项目长约150m,船身外围护结构采用整体钢板造型。由于外墙钢板为板壳结构,长度较大,且受太阳辐射等的影响,温度作用对其结构的影响很大。对外墙钢板在太阳辐射、水体热传导等作用下的非均匀温度场进行了数值模拟;在考虑材料和几何非线性的情况下,研究了非均匀温度场对外墙钢板以及整体结构的变形和应力影响。综合分析结果、当地气象记录及施工进程,提出了外墙钢板及主体结构合拢的温度分别为23~27℃和7~17℃。对比了在均匀温度场和非均匀温度场作用下,外墙钢板及整体结构的温度作用效应。结果表明,在两种温度场作用下,结构整体均仍处于弹性状态,外墙钢板变形可满足建筑外观需求。
