幼儿生来就具备着与人交往的能力,但由于种种不同的因素,产生的社会人际交往能力也不同。本文对某幼儿园大班幼儿社会人际交往的现状研究进行了调查,发现存在以下几个状况:根据交往类型可分:受欢迎型的、被拒绝型、被忽视型的和一般型的。针对这些现状,从自身气质、家长教育、幼儿教师以及教育机构四方面进行了原因分析,并提出了相应的对策。
Children are born with the ability to interact with people, but due to a variety of factors, resulting in social interpersonal skills are also different. This paper investigates the status quo of interpersonal relationships in a kindergarten nursery school and finds out the following conditions: According to the type of interaction, popular, rejected, neglected and general. In view of these situations, the reasons are analyzed from four aspects: one’s own temperament, parents’ education, preschool teachers and educational institutions, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
