目的了解某饲用酶制剂生产企业作业场所职业病危害因素种类、工人接触职业病危害水平及该企业存在的职业卫生问题。方法采用现场检测检验法、现场职业卫生调查法、检查表对照法等进行综合分析。结果该建设项目的总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施等基本符合职业卫生标准;现场检测粉尘合格率为88.89%;各种毒物浓度均符合国家标准;噪声检测合格率为70.83%。结论饲用酶制剂生产企业高噪声生产设备较多,且基本为集中布置,造成噪声叠加,噪声危害应引起企业重视。
Objective To understand the types of occupational hazards in workplace of a feed enzyme manufacturer, the level of exposure of workers to occupational diseases and occupational health problems in the enterprise. Methods The methods of on-site test and test, field occupational health survey and checklist control were used to make a comprehensive analysis. Results The overall layout, production equipment layout and occupational disease protection facilities of the construction project basically met the occupational health standards. The passing rate of on-site test dust was 88.89%. All kinds of poison concentrations were in compliance with national standards. The passing rate of noise detection was 70.83%. Conclusion There are more high-noise production equipments in the production enterprises of feed enzyme, and they are mostly centralized arrangement, resulting in noise superposition and noise hazards should be taken seriously by enterprises.
