介绍了采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对用于磷酸铵溶液发生泄漏的闸阀进行宏微观形貌和金相结构分析的结果,论述了采用光电直读能谱仪、X射线荧光光谱仪和NHO分析仪对闸阀材质和表面沉积物成分进行系统的表征分析方法,总结了闸阀的失效模式为腐蚀和结垢,提出了解决问题的相应对策及防止类似事故发生的技术依据。
The results of macro and micro morphologies and microstructure analysis of the gate valve used for the leakage of ammonium phosphate solution by using metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope are described. The results of using optical direct reading spectrometer, X - ray fluorescence spectrometer and NHO analyzer The gate valve material and surface sediment composition were systematically characterized and analyzed. The failure modes of the gate valve were summarized as corrosion and scaling. Corresponding countermeasures were put forward to solve the problems and the technical basis for preventing similar accidents.
