省卫生厅属单位专业技术职务聘任工作根据省职改领导小组的统一部署,在试点工作取得经验的基础上于1986年11月份全面开展,到1987年11月份基本结束。评出高级专业技术职务任职资格者160名,中级564名、初级1,305名。1987年底以前已分批宣布,并根据各单位的岗位设置,进行了任命,颁发了任命书,任期五年。各级各类专业技术人员已进入了岗位,明确了职责。高、中级专业技术人员根据本人专业技术岗位,制订了五年的任期目标。各单位严格实行了三级查房制度和正、副主任医
The appointment of the professional and technical positions of the provincial Health Department affiliated units was carried out in November 1986 based on the unified deployment of the provincial leadership team and gained experience in the pilot work and was basically completed in November 1987.
