利用柔性筋阶段的最大承载能力与区格的承载能力相等,分别求得加不同根筋时柔性筋向刚性筋转变的临界值,利用有限元分析软件Ansys进行分析,发现柔性筋阶段加筋板的屈曲载荷随着筋的刚度增大而增加,柔性筋阶段的最大承载能力与刚性筋阶段区格承载能力相近,当达到刚性筋阶段后,屈曲载荷变化不再随着筋的刚度增加,与理论分析结果一致,并通过理论计算与《起重机设计规范》中要求的临界值进行对比。
Using the maximum carrying capacity of the flexible tendons equal to the bearing capacity of the grids, the critical values of the transition from the flexible tendons to the rigid tendons with different root bars were obtained respectively.
