根据边防海警部队日常执勤执法的区域,以及对船用导航雷达测量范围和新技术运用的分析,提出了在沿海警戒监控网中采用通用的船用导航雷达代替岸基雷达,不但能使整个系统性价比得以提高,也更加便于维护。
