精浆对精子的生理功能有着重要影响。本文对51名正常生育男性和117名不育患者系统地观察了精浆 ICSH、FSH、PRL、T 和 E_2的变化,并进行相关分析。不育患者分五组与正常组比较,精子活力低下症 ICSH 升高(P<0.05),E_2降低(P<0.01)。无精子症 E_2亦下降(P<0.01)。精浆五种生殖激素及与精液质量的相关分析结果提示,精浆 ICSH 与 PRL 为正相关,并分别与精子密度、活力呈正相关。精子所处的微环境与生殖激素关系密切。
Seminal plasma on the physiological function of sperm has an important impact. In this paper, the changes of ICSH, FSH, PRL, T and E_2 in seminal plasma were systematically observed in 51 normal and 117 infertile men and their correlations were analyzed. Infertility patients divided into five groups compared with the normal group, sperm motility hypoperfusion ICSH increased (P <0.05), E 2 decreased (P <0.01). E_2 azoospermia also decreased (P <0.01). Seminal plasma five kinds of reproductive hormones and semen quality analysis showed that the relationship between seminal plasma ICSH and PRL was positively correlated with sperm density and vitality, respectively. Sperm in the microenvironment and reproductive hormones are closely related.
