以石灰石粉等量取代部分水泥,分析了混凝土的工作性能和力学性能的变化规律,探讨了用石灰石粉部分取代水泥在商品混凝土中应用的可行性。结果表明,在掺加聚羧酸外加剂的C30和C35混凝土中以15~35kg/m~3的石灰石粉等量取代水泥是可行的。在商品混凝土中使用石灰石粉部分取代水泥可降低每m~3混凝土原材料成本,并可充分利用我国丰富的石灰石资源。
With limestone powder replaced by part of the amount of cement, analysis of the performance of concrete and mechanical properties of the law of change, with limestone powder partially replace cement in commercial concrete feasibility. The results show that it is feasible to replace the cement with equivalent amount of limestone powder of 15 ~ 35kg / m ~ 3 in C30 and C35 concrete doped with polycarboxylic acid admixture. The partial replacement of cement with limestone powder in commercial concrete can reduce the raw material cost per m ~ 3 of concrete and can make full use of the abundant limestone resources in our country.
