目的:研究三尖杉内生真菌次生代谢产物的活性成分。方法:采用滤纸片扩散法和噻唑蓝比色法对三尖杉内生真菌CEP18发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取物进行抑菌和细胞毒活性测试,利用GC-MS分析活性成分。结果:三尖杉内生真菌次生代谢产物对枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及人早幼粒急性白血病细胞HL-60的生长抑制作用明显。乙酸乙酯提取物中组分Fr2活性最强,主要成分为乳酸丁酯(2.96%),2-氯杀鼠灵酮(8.65%),(Z)-11-二十烯酰胺(13.90%),1-甲基芘(3.51%)及丁二酸二甲酯(6.34%)、对羟基苯乙酸(8.27%)、反油酸甲酯(10.07%)、亚油酸(5.60%)、棕榈酸(7.54%)。结论:对羟基苯乙酸在三尖杉属植物的相关研究中属首次报道,为微生物药物的研发和三尖杉的资源利用提供参考。
Objective: To study the active components of the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi from cedarine. METHODS: The antimicrobial activity and cytotoxicity of the ethyl acetate extract of endophytic CEP18 fermentation broth were studied by filter paper diffusion method and thiazole blue colorimetric method. The active ingredients were analyzed by GC-MS. RESULTS: The secondary metabolites of endophytic fungal strains of C. ellipsoidea had significant inhibition on the growth of HL-60 cells of Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and human leukemia acute leukemia cells. The most active component of ethyl acetate extract was Fr2 with butyl lactate (2.96%), 2-chlorohumoridone (8.65%), and (Z)-11-eicosanamide (13.90%). , 1-methylindole (3.51%) and dimethyl succinate (6.34%), p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (8.27%), methyl elaidate (10.07%), linoleic acid (5.60%), palm Acid (7.54%). Conclusion: Parahydroxy acetic acid is reported for the first time in the related studies of cephalotaxanthus, providing reference for the development of microbial drugs and resource utilization of cephalopods.
