利用本体聚合制备出了含钆有机玻璃,甲基丙烯酸钆含量分别为10%,15%,20%,25%,30%,并考查了不同甲基丙烯酸钆量有机玻璃的透光率、耐溶剂性、冲击强度、洛氏硬度、维卡软化温度、动态力学性能和同步热分析性能。实验结果表明,随着甲基丙烯酸钆量的提高,耐溶剂性能、洛氏硬度、维卡软化温度、耐热性能均明显提高。含钆有机玻璃甲基丙烯酸钆量达到30%,透光率82%,洛氏硬度87.8HRR,冲击强度2.35 kJ.m-2,维卡软化温度138.4℃。与纯有机玻璃相比,洛氏硬度提高了48HRR,维卡软化温度提高了73℃,玻璃化转变温度提高了32℃。含钆有机玻璃具有较好的透明性、耐溶剂性、表面硬度和耐热性。
The gadolinium-containing plexiglass and gadolinium methacrylate were prepared by bulk polymerization. The contents of gadolinium methacrylate were 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%, respectively. Solvent, impact strength, Rockwell hardness, Vicat softening temperature, dynamic mechanical properties and simultaneous thermal analysis performance. The experimental results show that with the increase of the amount of gadolinium methacrylate, solvent resistance, Rockwell hardness, Vicat softening temperature and heat resistance are obviously improved.
