为获得离心泵在启动过程中的瞬时性能和内部非定常流动状态,建立了离心泵瞬态性能测试实验台。分别对启动过程的瞬时流量、扬程、转速和功率进行采集,同时采用PIV测试系统对叶轮上部二维瞬时速度矢量场进行了拍摄和记录。给出了三种转速下的瞬时外部性能和内部流动测试结果,并对瞬时外部性能和内部瞬时流动结构的演化进行了对比说明,同时分析和讨论了实验误差产生的原因。
In order to obtain the instantaneous performance of the centrifugal pump in the starting process and the internal unsteady flow conditions, the transient performance test bench of the centrifugal pump was established. The instantaneous flow, lift, rotational speed and power of the start-up process were collected respectively. At the same time, the PIV test system was used to record and record the two-dimensional instantaneous velocity vector field in the upper part of the impeller. The instantaneous external performance and internal flow test results at three rotational speeds are given. The transient external performance and the evolution of the internal transient flow structure are compared and analyzed. At the same time, the causes of the experimental error are analyzed and discussed.
