国内外大量统计资料表明:笑疗、食疗、体疗是中年人防治疾病、延年益寿的好方法。·笑疗·我国古代养生家恪守“情动于中形于外”的格言,比如逆境中的事物激起“情动于中”时,怒则双目圆睁、悲则蹙眉、恨则切齿,这些都有损于五脏。当情绪变化超过极限时,会干扰自身的生理功能,使体内免疫功能减弱、导致患病或加重疾病的发展。由此可见,人的情绪变化对身体健康有很大的影响。
