根据我国发展国民经济第一个五年计划的规定,加强生产部门的技术试验研究工作,改进冶金企业的生产过程和提高金属的实收率,已经成为当前有色金属冶金工作者的一项主要任务。为了完成这项任务,要求在冶金过程中,尽可能地回收原料中所有的有用金属,以及使这些有用金属的永久损失达到最低限度。从我国现有的资料、以及国外的许多文献数据中,可以了解到,金属的最大损失是被炉渣带走的损失。某厂的生产实践便是一个显明的例证,该厂内渣含铜的损失平均佔总损失的75%左右。
According to the provisions of the first five-year plan for the development of national economy in our country, it has become a major task of the current non-ferrous metal metallurgy workers to strengthen technical pilot research in the production sector, improve the production process of metallurgical enterprises and increase the actual yield of metals . In order to accomplish this task, it is required to recover as much as possible of all the useful metals in the raw materials in the metallurgical process and to minimize the permanent loss of these useful metals. From the available data in our country and many literature data from abroad, it can be learned that the biggest loss of metal is the loss brought by the slag. A factory production practice is a clear example, the plant copper slag loss accounted for an average of about 75% of total loss.
